Who is behind the calculation of your house

Every Netzy scan is reviewed per discipline: insulation, ventilation, heat pumps, solar and battery, each with its own rules and exclusions. The advice shows the source of every figure and the certainty of every assumption, and it states when something cannot be determined remotely.

How a house is reviewed

Specialists per discipline each look at the measured house first, and ask for visual checks where the data is not sufficient, for example the crawl space or the attic. Only when an exclusion is highly certain (for example no cavity filling with a cavity under about four centimetres) is it applied as a hard rule.

Sources that contradict each other are not averaged. We look for a third, independent source; without it, the fact stays open instead of being guessed.

Does Netzy use subcontractors?

Netzy carries out the work under its own responsibility, with one planning, one guarantee address and one point of contact.

Netzy calculates what is technically feasible and what it costs, and explains the schemes. We do not give mortgage advice and do not broker mortgages. What you personally can borrow, and at what rate, is assessed by a mortgage adviser or lender. Label outcomes are route indications, never a guarantee.
